Bachelor of Architecture ( B.Arch )

Entry requirements

Academic: Mandatory pass with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the 12th examination from a recognized Board. OR, passed 10+3 diploma examinations with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate. Valid NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) score conducted by the Council of Architecture (COA) or JEE Mains Paper II score is mandatory. Minimum 60% in English subject at Grade 12 is required.

English: Adequate proficiency in English is a must for all programs. Registration Fee + Application Fee will be AED 3,150. IELTS waiver is possible on the basis of MOI. NIOS or any other open schooling will not be accepted.
