Entry requirements

Academic: 12th Std. with at least 60% average over 4 academic subjects in CBSE, HSC and ISC, or equivalent in other boards. Maths is required.

English: Dunedin: Feb and Aukland: Feb, Apr, Jul, Oct . : If student already have a diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, you could get credit recognition toward the third year of this degree and study part-time to complete it alongside your employment from anywhere in New Zealand.
