Entry requirements
Academic: Grade 12 with minimum 50% or higher from a recognised institution. Applicants may be required to attend an interview.
English: Resource fee NZ$ 1,800. Diploma in Culinary Excellence Level 5 (incorporating the New Zealand Diploma in Cookery (Advanced) (Level 5) With Strands in Cookery and Patisserie and the New Zealand Certificate in Cookery Level 3 and 4). Mature students are welcome to apply. All applicants must be prepared to meet the work ethic required for a career in the hospitality industry.
